BCR is a consulting firm with expertise in all areas of Investor Relations. Awareness is the first step in a continuous relationship with the financial community, a relationship that bears fruit in the form of greater access to capital, greater share liquidity and achieving fair market valuation. BCR Consulting will create a comprehensive and timely communications program that is essential to achieving these goals. Based on our working knowledge and expertise in partnering with micro-cap and small-cap companies, we have created a program focused on tangible results leveraging traditional and new communications strategies.
In cooperation with management, BCR Consulting will develop a comprehensive investor relations program that will greatly improve the public image by clearly articulating our client’s key investment attributes, strategic direction and financial expectations. We act as a premier informational resource for institutional investors, brokers and analysts which enable us to help diversify our clients’ shareholder base. We will seamlessly bridge the gap between existing and prospective investors and public company management by building trust and transparency between our clients and the capital markets.
We seek companies that have compelling stories to convey to the investment community and are led by strong management teams. Our firm has an Investment Executive team that has served the micro cap/ small-cap markets for a combined 40+ years. Our team brings a unique skill set and experience in understanding what and why investors are attracted to new investment opportunities. They have had extensive experience as retail and institutional investors themselves, in capacities as institutional equity sales, portfolio managers, and “buy-side” equity analysts. This background and firsthand experience makes us uniquely qualified to help companies gain the attention of the investment community. We know what these investors look for and what gets them interested in companies, having been on both sides of the capital markets (the sell-side and the buy-side), thus allowing us to quickly identify where to start with directing and exposing a company to the capital markets in order to attain the highest and most appropriate valuation.
Our mission is to unlock the inherent value of our client companies.
